Pat Burnham was one of many models of WPG that became close friends of Don Whitman, others were Workman, Williams, Lovisone, Lewin, Green, Adducci and Abbott. They all stayed in touch with Whitman even when some of them moved to other states, and Whitman was known to advise and help those in need. -Rj

It does seem like Bellas, Mizer, and Whitman were generous (and often remained close) to many of their models — a good trait, surely!
