Price had such range from serious drama - The Baron of Arizona, House of Seven Gables, Laura, and The Whales of August; the whimsical - the Great Mouse Detective, Comedy of Terrors, Beach Party and Dr Goldfoot ; horror films - House of Wax, The Mad Magician, House on Haunted Hill, The Tingler, Master of the World, Last Man on Earth, Twice Told Tales, Watchfinder General, The Oblong Box, Cry of the Banshee, Dr Phibes and Theater of Blood. Not to mention the famous Edgar Allan Poe series - House of Usher, Pit and the Pendulum, Tales of Terror, Tower of London, The Raven, The Haunted Palace, The Masque of the Red Death and The Tomb of Ligeia. A true Renaissance man Price was also a gourmet cook who wrote cookbooks and an art collector, who generously donated his valuable art collection to East Los Angeles College in his belief that art should be shared with public and not hoarded. -Rj
