This set of images is noticed at the very end of Ed Fury’s ZZ catalogue, when he appeared in a show with Don Fuller. (I have been unable to pinpoint which one, but Bob Mizer talks about both men working in “little theatre” in Los Angeles.)
Several of the actors and actresses in what appears to be the curtain call were photographed with the same stage prop, perhaps a reference of either the show CAROUSEL or the Carousel Theatre (also known as the Moroccan Theatre, where Fuller appeared in PICNIC).
Don Fuller and Gordon Hanson also took turns performing the savage native in the play The Little Hut with actress Marsha Hunt at the Carthay Circle Theater 1956/57. The Carthay Circle Theater was a landmark theater in Los Angeles from 1926 until its demolition in 1969. It was used to show films and stage small theater productions.

I think the cast of The Little Hut was a small one, so perhaps these images are not from that show. That said, it seems odd that I cannot find reviews of a show (or shows) in which Don Fuller or Ed Fury were credited.
