Worked out at Vince Gironda’s gym, where you trained Gironda’s way or it was the highway. And utilized Rheo Blair’s supplements and low carb/high protein diet. Still with us, Boudreaux was from that golden age of bodybuilding, and physique photography and publications. -Rj
