This photo really accentuates the very noticeable scarring on his abdomen. In many photos I have of him, the photographer appears to have tried to obscure it as much as possible.
It is remarkable, and pretty rare in my experience. Interesting, though, how Mizer talked about Dale Ausburn, for one, as someone with scarring who still made for an excellent model.
