The model is Dennis Christensen and the location is the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Bruce Bellas attended physique competitions in Southern California and on several occasions other Western States including Utah. Christensen was a second place winner at the 1956 Mr Utah contest, the winner was physique Adonis Mike Sill. Other competitors were Walt Needham and Reed Phippen all of whom posed for Bellas. Dale Newberger and David Fitzen also posed for Bellas that year. Bellas had his earliest success with Bill Melby who also posed at the Great Salt Lake. The Utah boys of Bellas were willing and able. -Rj
