I don't think its' Dennis San Facon. I had Ron's companion here labelled as Art Williams (possibly by facial recognition suggestion), but the tattoo on his left arm doesn't match what Art has. This guy's tattoo looks like a black big cat's head (puma, jaguar). Art has the name 'ART' tattooed on his upper left arm with another tattoo below it which looks vaguely like coat-of-arms, at least what look like birds facing each other - this doesn't match this fellow. If I identify Ron's companion here, I'll comment again with the name.
Right. I've identified the guy posing with Ron Wallace. It's Ronald Thompson and is likely from the AMG film: "Wallace and Thompson at the Beach" (1967). The tattoo matches perfectly , as do the facial features. GEVI's website incorrectly named Ron Wallace's companion as Bob Thompson.
