No, this isn't from Tijuana Jail. It's also not David Mineric nor Jim Johnson. David's chest is hairy. Of the top of my head, the guy on the right's first name is Tom - but that could be wrong. I'll get back to you if I work out the IDs.
Ok. The names are Johnny Ace (left) and Tom Woods. It's from an AMG film: Woods vs Ace or Tom Woods & John(ny) Ace.
