The middle gentleman is Ed Miller. I see you have Joe Napolie as a label (I would presume you mean far right?) I don't think that's Joe Napolie. And then, are you labelling the guy on the left as Paul Guffin?
Boom! You're right about Tom(my) Fowler on the right. This led me to Jim Painter for the guy on the left. I have 4 more photos of that trio posing together (in what looks like the AMG compound). Were Jim's left upper arm visible, we could check for his distinctive tattoo. Nevertheless, I think it's him.
