(armpits, soles of the feet, perineum and genital area are not painted) Every year Springfield College of the YMCA in Massachusetts hosts a living tableau show where student athletes are painted with silver and gold paint. Gironda was a famous bodybuilder and trainer known as the Iron Guru who trained bodybuilders(Larry Scott, Steve Reno, Arnold Schwarzenegger)and film stars (Clint Walker, Gordon Scott, James Garner) in his gym at 11262 Ventura Blvd Studio City. Known to be a gruff trainer, it was his way or the highway ! -Rj
