Andy Kozak was one of the most prolific early Athletic Model Guild models, appearing in two solo album/catalogues of his own and supporting another half-dozen models in their solo or in group efforts.
On his own
With Larry Farrell
With Ben Sorensen
With Forrester Millard and Russ Budlong
With his brother Steve
With Vern Charles
This one is a puzzler, and his partner is identified variously as his brother or (often) as Howard (or Alan) Thomas. I would suggest another candidate: Bill Holland, who makes a solo appearance in a later catalogue, but appears in the first dual variety album/catalogue AMG produced.
Bill Holland and (I’m reasonably certain) Dan Hardy
Andy Kozak and (let’s say) Bill Holland

DeleteI think you're right about Bill Holland with Andrew - and thanks for clearing up that mystery! I also agree it's Dan Hardy - the snake tattoo on the lower left arm seems to match. I only have one solo photo of Dan to compare it with, but I think it's right.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Andy Kozak posed with so many people, often with faces turned and bodies angled away, that it’s often hard to determine the other partner in the pose. Bill Holland does not get a lot of love at AMG, but he appears in the ZF and ZP catalogues — and, perhaps, in at least one album photo. Dan Hardy is one of the AMG models whose expressions are so changeable that I have to pause … and proceed carefully with the identification.
